WARRANTY

SOLAR ONE Water Heating Systems are covered by a comprehensive 5 year limited factory warranty on major components against manufacturing defects. We will replace or repair any faulty parts of the major components within a five year period.

We offer a 5 YEAR factory warranty for our Evacuated Tubes.

ISE EN12975 TEST REPORT

The test report may be downloaded by right clicking on the links above and selecting "save target as".

The ISE Institute develops components, materials and processes in the areas of the thermal use of solar energy, solar building, solar cells, electrical power supplies, chemical energy conversion, energy storage and the rational use of energy. Fraunhofer ISE is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Testing is completed in accordance to EN 12975-1, 2:2002 requirements, and is a key requirement for sales in the European market.
